Our cutter puller tool will make installing a large deer fencing perimeter a breeze.  The cutter puller tool is designed for use with our 8 in. and 14 in. stainless steel self-locking ties on line posts, corners, ends, and gates.  The tool will both tighten the ties to maximum capacity, and trim the excess when it's done.  It will eliminate struggling to tighten the ties by hand, and will give you a more polished, professional looking installation when you are finished.
