Why Use HD Line Posts?

Like fence types, there are many kinds of fence posts that can be used by installers; but some types of line posts are better than others.

Take wooden fence posts, for example. They stand strong and look good on fence lines; however, after heavy rain and snow, the wood will weaken and splinter. Therefore, fence contractors and general homeowners turn to HD line posts made from galvanized steel.

Heavy duty line posts in black match fence meshes to give the fence a complete look. Like the mesh, the black fence posts blend into surroundings. They are UV-stabilized and vinyl coated to keep fence posts strong against all types of weather elements.

Installer tips for line posts: Fence posts should be placed about 15-20 feet apart from each other for best results. If they are closed, the fence mesh risks sagging and will require tensioning wire at the top of the fence to keep the system taut to avoid deer jumps.
